The goal of the foundation is to provide extra funding for resources in the schools for programs like art, music, and STEM. The Foundation strives to support long-lasting projects that will enhance the educational experience of Murray County students for generations to come. The board hopes to see the foundation grow to include grants for teachers, scholarships for students and much more.
Our History
The Murray County Schools Foundation was established in 2021 to support our local schools by providing a funding source for needs and projects. Since it’s first fundraiser in March 2021, the foundation has given over $181,000 dollars to local schools to support a variety of projects.
